- LGLaura GlennFeb 13, 20225.0In December of 2020, my husband purchased 2 pairs of designer frames with lenses at this location. Last week, a temple broke off on one of the pair of eyeglasses. The glasses were no longer under warranty. They were not repairable and we were told that we could purchase the same exact designer frames and the store would swap the lenses. Mr. Wayne Kelly, the owner, helped us. For some reasons, the lenses did not fit perfectly in the new frames. Mr. Kelly was extremely accommodating by giving my husband new lenses free of charge. He went the extra mile during these difficult financial times. It is refreshing to find a business and owner who prioritizes customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Perle Vision in Roslyn when you need designer frames and/or prescription glasses.
