  Soulcycle in Roslyn was my introduction to spin class. During my first class I was assisted with my bike and helped clip in. However for the following class no one was around to help. I remember someone was complaining up front, so maybe everyone was busy dealing with an issue that day. I asked a friend for help during class and the instructor said "Shut up! Don't talk!" while I was trying to fix my bike. My experience here wasn't completely horrible though. I did enjoy Matt Miller's classes and a few other nice instructors. I'm elated that I'm done with my package and can move on to something better. This location is nice and clean, but the atmosphere and classes left much more to be desired. Over priced and over hyped in my opinion.

  This was genuinely one of the most uncomfortable and discriminatory experiences I’ve had at a business. As a person of color, the way I was treated by staff felt dismissive, hostile, and unacceptable. The behavior I experienced was shocking, especially in 2026. I would strongly caution people of color and allies before visiting. No one deserves to feel unwelcome or disrespected. I will be escalating this matter further. Do better.

  I love coming here! It’s very clean staff is super friendly. Had a terrible experience with Ayana - I will never go to her class again. She was very rude and disrespectful when I had an emergency situation. Love Mark and the other instructors are great!
