  Soulcycle in Roslyn was my introduction to spin class. During my first class I was assisted with my bike and helped clip in. However for the following class no one was around to help. I remember someone was complaining up front, so maybe everyone was busy dealing with an issue that day. I asked a friend for help during class and the instructor said "Shut up! Don't talk!" while I was trying to fix my bike. My experience here wasn't completely horrible though. I did enjoy Matt Miller's classes and a few other nice instructors. I'm elated that I'm done with my package and can move on to something better. This location is nice and clean, but the atmosphere and classes left much more to be desired. Over priced and over hyped in my opinion.

  I love soulcycle rosyln studio my favorite instructors are Casi, amanda K, and jade because they oush your body and they know about self love guarantee to sweat all the fat off and stress and bring you back to normalcy after one class. Highly recommended to attend on saturday with casi energetic and compassionate instructions always challenging your bodyy she teaches 2pm and 5pm on saturday recommend soul challenge 60 mins but her class goes over a bit which is awesome!
