  Soulcycle in Roslyn was my introduction to spin class. During my first class I was assisted with my bike and helped clip in. However for the following class no one was around to help. I remember someone was complaining up front, so maybe everyone was busy dealing with an issue that day. I asked a friend for help during class and the instructor said "Shut up! Don't talk!" while I was trying to fix my bike. My experience here wasn't completely horrible though. I did enjoy Matt Miller's classes and a few other nice instructors. I'm elated that I'm done with my package and can move on to something better. This location is nice and clean, but the atmosphere and classes left much more to be desired. Over priced and over hyped in my opinion.

  The staff is always so welcoming, and the studio is super clean every time I go. The vibe in there is great — so much energy and positivity. The instructors are incredibly motivating and make the workout fly by, even when you’re sweating like crazy. It’s such a great way to move your body and boost your mood. Highly recommend adding it to your wellness routine!

  Disgusting policy during pandemic that you can’t reschedule a class!!! Beware now that you can be Spinning next to someone who is sick because they wouldn’t allow to reschedule!!!!! Front desk was absurdly rude and I am just in shock the lack of empathy in this current situation! This is absolutely disgusting
