I reached out multiple times regarding an initial video consultation charge, in which Dr Goel was over 20 minutes late. I ended up hanging up, at which point his Office Manager "Wife" called me to ask why I never logged in and suggested that I log back in (which I did). Needless to say, when you schedule time off for an appointment, the expectation is that Physician is on time, as is expected of the patient. 20 minutes of waiting for a 5 minute consultation with a $250 dollar charge. Moral of the story, my time isn't any less valuable than your time. Should I be billing you $750?
