- BOBrittany OwensJul 24, 20261.0This should be a 0 star but that’s not possible. The office staff here apparently states that they do not do appeals to insurance companies. I’m sorry.. that’s an insane statement to make because you are 100% blocking critical care for a patient. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen- and I will not wait long considering the time my Mother has already been waiting! Seems to me that these people are simply lazy, incompetent, and do not belong in any kind of career that involves caring and treating the living. Still waiting on a response from a VERY long email I sent, but I doubt that will happen. They don’t care about their patients, why would they care about a patient’s daughter’s email? Lol Well hey, maybe a lawyer is a good next step for ordinary or administrative negligence? They shall find out. Anyway, do not even think about going here. You have a life threatening issue? Good luck trying to get any help from them, let alone a response regarding help.

- MMMike MarolfJun 3, 20261.0Terrible experience and terrible.management. Routine colonoscopy and they immediately wanted to put me on medication without any symptoms or a conclusive diagnosis. Then they order a follow up test which they ordered wrong but I still get billed. Then I have to get another test and pay for that too. These tests involve taking a day off work, drinking sludge that gives horrible digestive issues and I have to do it again and pay for it twice?? When I talked to the office manager she said there is nothing she could do. Horrible incompetence! STAY AWAY! Find a better office
