  I visited WMS/Gates in the Spring of 2024 for information about lift chairs for my Mother. I was glad to learn of the WMS/Brighton location when I needed to bring my Mother in store because it was closer to us. We purchased a lift chair with heat and massage for my Mother and when the time came, WMS/Brighton moved it from my Mother's address to mine. At the time I envisioned enjoying it as a nice piece of furniture not knowing that I would become totally relying on it for sleeping due to my developing osteoporosis and not being able to lie flat. Currently, I am anxiously waiting for the delivery of a newly designed rollator that's not bulky, lightweight and has other comparable features. I believe it was fairly recent that WMS/Brighton received a demo of this item for display. I know if I had visited in-store prior to WMS/Brighton having the demo, I would have purchased the commonly styled rollator and would not have known about this newer design which I believe will serve me just fine. I look forward to more service with WMS/Brighton.

  They don’t return phone calls. They made an ordering error and would not take the item back. I don’t recommend doing business with them.

  Thumbs down to Marissa at this location. Rude and isn't helpful. Pushes all the work off on the other 2 younger gals who was very helpful. Left there with a bitter experience. Retire her already

  James and the crew at Eastside Med Supply made the process of getting my breast pump AMAZINGLY easy. All I had to do was fill out brief info for myself and my insurance on their website and they emailed me within hours to confirm the pump I wanted was covered. Once I confirmed via email that was the pump I wanted, James sent me shipping info and my pump arrived (FULLY COVERED BY INSURANCE) via mail the following Monday. The process was so easy, I am so grateful. Highly recommend.
