  Bought a shower chair and it was marked up 100% from the price at Target, Home Depot online. Talked to a manager and explained that I wanted to buy local, but +$38 for a shower chair that was just over $40 online and about $78 at the store is a bit much. Wasn't expecting the online price. The manager told me they have to make a profit and wouldn't even do anything for me. Very poor customer service and I will never buy anything at this supply company again.

  Your employees was nice and neat plight and installed it in a good way and make sure that it works before leaving. Thank you I can feel the difference in the front room where they put it in the window. Thank You so much

  I highly recommend this medical equipment store especially because of the exceptional service we received from Sev. I had to drop off a portable scooter for repair during what was already an especially challenging time for our family. During the process I received call backs, timely updates and quick answers to my questions which gave me great peace of mind. Sev was especially wonderful. He was kind , empathetic and understanding. He went above and beyond to help us. His caring attitude meant more to us than he even realizes. We are truly grateful to Sev and the team for the help and excellent service.

  I had a wonderful experience with them. They were very professional and understanding. I had to cancel my first appointment at the last minute. They understood and rescheduled me quickly. Shane was the person who did the installation and he was very polite and efficient.
