  Disappointed after going for years to be given an eye exam that was very good but to be told, after the plan of buying new frames with lenses at this store, that I had to pay $40 to get my Pupillary Distance tested. The owner wasn't there, he seems like a nice guy. I never had to pay before. Seems unnecessary to nickel and dime at that point so I will find new frames elsewhere.

  Absolutely stellar service from Ashley Bopp and the team at Sterling. Places like LensCrafters or Visionworks are dry, closed off and downright rude sometimes. The staff at Sterling were so helpful, nice, conversational and most importantly—knowledgeable. They gave me great tips and info to help me choose the best lenses. I can absolutely 100% with full confidence say that I will never again go anywhere else for my eyewear needs.

  Al the owner is a great guy. Can’t say enough about the service and kindness radiating from this business. Honest and patience go a long way and they have this in abundance. The wife and I have been going here for years and years and have never gone anywhere else because why go anywhere else? Always had a great time and experience here Hard to comment on the price of their products. Prices are fair, in the middle maybe? (I actually have no idea), but my point is that the quality of the staff and atmosphere and everything else makes going here an easy decision. It’s nice knowing you’re putting your money towards good people too you know.
