Here is the summary of the conversation: Me: Hi, I am calling with EZ Clean Laundromat and was wondering if you all are currently using a laundry service. Reception: No, we have a washer and dryer and do it ourselves. We don't need a laundry service. Me: Ok, I completely understand, have a great day~ Reception: Yeah, you should take yourself off speaker, it's really annoying. I know I am calling in hopes of profit, but I was nothing but respectful. Too bad the reception was not.
