The staff here is so pleasant and kind! I want to especially call out Martha who went above and beyond to help us find the perfect pair of glasses for my husband. She even went as far as showing us the alternative colors the different frames came in and I'm so grateful for her recommendation because they're absolutely perfect!! I keep catching myself admiring him because they're so flattering on him and I just wanted to shout her out because we wouldn't have thought to try them in another color that wasn't present. She also made sure to go over all the details and taught me things about my own glasses as well for when I order them in the future. Everyone there is amazing and very friendly and we highly recommend them. Dr. Vilasi is always very thorough with her exams and very kind and has helped me find much better contacts for my eyes! 10/10 overall

I had a fantastic visit. Greeted upon arrival by Martha, whom took care of helping me pick out frames and the entire check out process. She even helped me find the best price for my insurance coverage and the discounts that I was able to apply. All the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great experience from start to finish.

I am disappointed in the customer service. waited 30 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging me. When I asked to be helped, I was told to sit and wait, and then watched multiple people who walked in after me get helped first. No explanation, no check-in. I understand things get busy, but basic communication goes a long way, letting someone know they’ve been seen and giving a realistic wait time is the bare minimum. I left without being helped. Lost my business.

Superb. The eye exam area is very efficient. Dr. Vilsa was very pleasant and informative. She explained things clearly, answered my questions, and told me what I tell the optician when I got my glasses. Martha was my optician. She was a joy to work with. She was very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. She was very familiar with my insurance coverage (Humana Medicare) and discounts I could take advantage of. She discussed all my options and recommended which one was most cost-effective. She saved me enough that I could afford to get sunglasses in addition to my regular glasses.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
