- SMShelly MonsonAug 4, 20261.0Im been coming to lens crafters for years .I came in on the july 11 for eye exam i called on the 14th my glasses were never sent out so they sent out on 15th on Aug 1st I finally got call they were in when I went to pick up on Aug 2nd they were the wrong frames so now had get right frames and send out now have to wait again.Let me use glasses sent but never ajusted them or nothing so now they hurt my ears .Then while I was there picked my sons glasses up got out to car and lens was in bottom of bag had to go back in to have them fix them . Very unhappy with customer service and how everything was handled.
