  These people acknowledged that they don’t have glasses small enough for my 3 year old autistic son. Despite that, I, in desperation bought two pairs of glasses for him. I asked to pay for the PD measurement so I could order a proper fitting pair online, since they didn’t have any. The PD measurement they acknowledged was extremely difficult for them to take…. and they told me I’ll have to figure it out because not even for a fee can I pay for the PD. The party (online) responsible for getting them. My son is autistic and cannot do the online apps. I didn’t ask for a refund, I asked for information and offered to pay for it. These people are cruel and heartless and I hope they can live with themselves. It would be unfair for me to ask for a refund but it is outright cruel for them to withhold information they have acknowledged that I need and also acknowledged would be difficult to get otherwise. Absolutely disgusting and ableist behavior- wouldn’t give them another dime, which is so disappointing because as soon as they had glasses that fit my son I would have returned and been a customer for life. Grateful they saved me the trouble instead by showing what kind of humans they are.

  Kinyaaanii is the best. Very knowledgeable and insightful, never any aggressive up sales. Excellent place for frames and eye exam....I highly recommend.....
