  Hi, my name is Elicer o. I wanted to tell you How my experience was with this company this company didn’t give up on me with my paperwork. A gentleman named Jose didn’t give up on me kept me patient. I was going through a situation with the payments that I wasn’t receiving and it’s been two or three weeks that he’s been helping me out to verify everything that I had going on to the company that I was working for ppl . Jose put a lot of effort to understand what I was going through kept me calm through the situation did a lot of paperwork by reading and understanding to get me connected with PPLPPL did not let me know anything that was going on with the situation but I tell Bird home health did not give up on me. They gave me all the information I needed to know to fix the problem. I had the gentleman named Jose experienced the same problem that I had going on by listening and understanding what was going on to fix it for me or direct me the right way to fix it. I do appreciate this company they gave their time. They kept it cool and they made me understand that it’s gonna get fixed no matter what they did not give up on me. PPL kept giving up on me, but Home ☎️🪬 bird health fix the problem for me and I appreciate the help that I got specially from Jose. I just wanted to let you guys know I am very thankful and I appreciate every minute that you guys took to take a look at my case and whoever is going through something like I was going through. Company will help you out as much as they can bylaw the right way and I wanted to say thank you thank you Jose and thank you to the company I appreciate it"yes, I hope you didn’t think I forgot they weren’t just helping me. They were helping my mom that’s number one in my book. That’s why I was impatient because it’s not all about me. It’s about my mom having the best time of her life and I want her to enjoy every minute not to be stressed because of a situation if a PA can’t be there for her or if I get sick and I can’t be there for that the company would have a back up plan to make sure my mom‘s gonna be taken care of that’s number one that’s why I appreciate the people that took the time birdhouse home care for taking the time to help me out so she wasn’t stressed she didn’t have to feel distress. I took all the pain I took all the bean and you guys directed me the right way so thank you to the company and thank you Jose. He’s number one in my book, so keep up the good work guys.

  Burd Home Health is the best! They are quick to respond, very helpful, and make sure you are taken care of. I appreciate them, they have made this whole process very good and helping me and my father who are both disabled and on home health. Thank you to Rodney our case manager in Michigan for always being there for us when we message or call!

  I absolutely love all the help I get at the Buffalo office. Elaine always assists me with everything I need and takes her time to sit with me and explain everything until I get it.

  I am the recipient of caregiving services thru this agency, and have been mostly helped by Rodney Burdick. He has always been respectful, polite and thoughtful regarding my situation...and guided me effectively with the paperwork. I would recommend this company to anyone needing in-home help.
