  I’ve been wearing glasses for the past 15 years and by far this was the best exam and attention I’ve had with an optometrist. They gave a very good deal on the glasses and the staff were really friendly and helpful!

  The absolute best experience I’ve ever had, from the exams to the glasses selection. The doctor Travis was very thorough with helping me understand where I was and guiding me to what would work best for me. The team there, Trevor, Rosa and the other ladies were extremely kind and supportive helping me find the best pair that suited me and didn’t come off as sales people at all. Truly consultative and they have a customer with me forever

  The doctor is nice but they are way too old school and not helpful at all when issues come up. Also their location is not correct in Google. I tried to order contacts over the phone because their hours don’t work for me and the woman told me I had to come in person because taking insurance over the phone is illegal. That is not true!! I have given my insurance info over the phone at many doctors across the city. Will be going elsewhere for my eye care needs.

  Their store mgr is very helpfull.polite and very knowledgable.but their corporate office has bad practices with their employees.someone should investigate this corp.
