  My experience at American Access in Queens was excellent. The staff was kind and courteous. In addition to that, they explained every detail of the procedure that had.

  Efficient. Came in for a routine checkup on my fistula. Turns out I needed a ballooning. They did it in the same visit.

  Dr lu and dr douglas are great! The staff is amazing. Kelsey is such an attentive and understanding caretaker. She goes above and beyond to ensure her patients are cared for. I can’t say enough about how compassionate and dedicated the staff here is.

  From Inception this place is wonderful the intake process when u enter ladies are golden tysm then when u go to the back that team of nurses and whoever helped prepare for procedure amazing amazing amazing I was so nervous and worried about my mom then the doctor and nurses in the OR was over the top encouraging amazing and took best care of my mom VIP status this place rock tysm for taking care of my mind I wish we could be surrounded by this team they the whole ordeal American access physicians are Heaven sent !!
