    Incompetent and Rude. Called because they told my daughter who is under my insurance that when they ran the insurance it is coming up that she is not a member. When I asked to verify the ID number and started to read it the rep cut me off and said they had the correct number. It was obvious she was just trying to rush me off the phone. I am sure they are very busy, but making sure people get their prescriptions is kind of important. If you don't have patience maybe find another career path.
