- PSPat Sullivan1 day ago5.0My experience at Lenscrafters for an eye exam and glasses has been very good.
- ECElizabeth Cahill1 day ago5.0The Doctor was obviously actually interested in you and your needs in regard to your eyes. Very personable, informative. The staff was pleasant. Carmela waited on my purchase, she was very pleasant, helped picking out proper frames and explaining the cost etc. very pleased with quality of frames, cleanliness of store, and minimal time spent.
- NLNicole LOct 3, 20261.0Dr did not listen when I told him throughout the exam for my right eye that the acuity was not getting better- wrote me off and said that’s just how the exam is. Ordered with the prescription he gave me just for it to be wrong. Now I need another eye exam and to do the process all over again because he wouldn’t listen to me. Didn’t even try to check the prescription by having me wear the glasses and read the screen, just decided to go with it anyway. Awful experience with Dr. Lorand.
- SJSerena JohnsonSep 23, 20265.0The staff is exceptional. Veronica is definitely an asset to LensCrafters. Thank you for all your help.
- JJJillSep 19, 20265.0Dr. Inouye is so kind, he listens, and explained everything thoroughly. He detailed changes in my prescription and gave me options for moving forward. Will 100% be going back to him for the next exam!
