Love Carol’s classes!! She’s very knowledgeable about the body and able to address any concerns you may have. Consistently moves around the room for corrections. You’ll get a great intense workout & stretch and not feel like you’re going to tweak or injure yourself. She really knows what she’s doing.

I’m having a great experience at Club Pilates. I’ve done several classes with Emma - she’s provides great instruction and makes everyone feel welcome - whether it’s your first class or your twentieth. Club Pilates is great!
