  Almost five years after ischemic stroke, my husband Jeff had real relief from back and neck pain . His affected shoulder was treated with shock wave and he has fewer pain symptoms . Dr. Josh is hands on and his staff is well trained . Happy we tried Amplify Chiropractic.

  I had my first visit today and I am so impressed with how thorough my initial evaluation was. I felt like I understood what I had going on and how it can be treated. It’s a few hours after my first treatment and have to say I already feel different.

  I've gone to a half a dozen chiropractors over 20 years. Dr Rinaldi is by far the best I've worked with. He has and uses the best technology I've seen for diagnosing and treating patients. He has a great staff and this is not a typical chiropractor office of just an adjustment and leave for the treatment I've received. I highly recommend his office.

  My mother went to Dr. Rinaldi at Amplify Chiropractic & Wellness because she was dealing with chronic neck pain and was looking for help. Before the appointment, she was told over the phone that the visit would cost $60. Once she got there, however, the experience was completely different. After discussing her neck pain, they presented her with a treatment plan that would have cost over $3,000. That is an enormous amount of money to expect someone to consider spending during one appointment. What made the experience even worse was how Dr. Rinaldi reacted when my mother said she wanted to think about it and would call back rather than making a decision on the spot. He became visibly annoyed with her for not committing to the treatment plan right then and there. That is completely inappropriate and unprofessional, in my opinion. Someone should never feel pressured or made uncomfortable for wanting time to think about spending thousands of dollars on healthcare. The whole experience felt much more like a sales pitch than genuine patient care. My mother went in seeking help for chronic neck pain and instead felt pressured toward a treatment plan costing thousands of dollars. Patients deserve transparency, honesty, and the ability to make informed decisions without feeling pressured. In my opinion, this practice seems far too focused on money and sales rather than the patient. I would not recommend Dr. Rinaldi or Amplify Chiropractic & Wellness based on my mother’s experience. I would encourage anyone considering this office to ask very detailed questions about the total cost of treatment before agreeing to anything.
