  Beyond frustrating experience. I’ve now received the wrong lenses for a pair of sunglasses - twice in a row for the same order. You would’ve thought after the first failure they’d fix the problem. But no, the exact same problem and error has occurred in the space of 2 weeks. I really like Warby Parker. They’ve got some fantastic styling and it’s usually a great service but this has been appalling absolutely appalling.

  Where is my experience in the store was quite good, I was very disappointed to find out that I could not call the store directly and was transferred to the Philippines. I paid for expedited service and was told it would arrive before 10 days. On your website, however it says it takes 10 days. I am leaving the country 11 days after I ordered them. If they are delayed or arrive too late for me to go to the store to have them fitted. I will be without glasses for the next month. I found the people in the Philippines to be very unhelpful however, they are polite.
