I purchased the items, including sneakers and socks, and a 3-part system that I am utilizing at home. I am so glad that there are follow-up appointments to assure my comfort and healing. Unfortunately we didn’t have the time needed for a proper consultation so he took our info and said we could come back later. We did, later that day and he was extremely helpful and attentive to our feedback making sure the product he had to offer felt the very best to us specifically. We spent about an hour or so in the store trying different inserts with different shoes both ones they sold in store and ones we brought from home to get the best fit for each of us. I’m sure all of the associates there are great but Josh was very helpful and professional.

I made a 1:00 PM appointment specifically because I was bringing my elderly, sick mother, who has a painful bunion and has difficulty wearing most shoes. We arrived on time and were greeted nicely, but unfortunately, the salesperson was working with two customers at the same time during what was supposed to be our appointment. As a result, my mother had to sit and wait while the salesperson went back and forth between customers. This was very frustrating and upsetting for me because I had made an appointment specifically so my mother would receive individual attention and not have to wait for an extended period of time. When someone makes an appointment—especially for an elderly or sick family member—I expect that appointment to be respected and that the customer will receive the attention they were scheduled for. The initial greeting was pleasant, but the way the appointment was handled was unacceptable for us. I would not recommend this location based on our experience.
