He took the time to truly listen to my concerns and made sure all of my needs were addressed. It was such a wonderful experience to work with someone who genuinely understood what I was going through and was so attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. Based on Josh’s recommendation, I purchased the arch supports, and they completely improved my balance and the way I walk. Before this, I had been suffering from plantar fasciitis and was so off-balance that I was putting all the pressure on my right hip, causing constant pain. Since using the supports, the pain on my right side has disappeared. My confidence and ability to walk securely improved dramatically from the very first day. I only wish I had done this sooner when I first saw them opening, but life gets busy and you keep saying you’ll go another day. I’m so glad I finally did. Now I’m able to walk straight, stand straight, and walk heel-to-toe properly. Before, I was always walking on the sides of my feet or on my toes. Plus, Elena and Fawn called and texted to check on how I was doing, and it was such a pleasure talking with them. They were both very kind, helpful, and caring throughout the entire experience. My balance was greatly improved instantlyand it was all due to the inserts to the 3-part insert system that help them adjust. It help with the arches I was so overwhelmed by the impŕovement.. I can't say say how this system has changed ny life. I love them

As time goes on, my feet are being continually strengthened and I’m feeling better and better every day. The excruciating foot pain I had is probably about 95% gone! Not only is the product amazing but the staff is phenomenal! Jessica and Josh could not be more attentive and supportive. I am able to reach out via text or phone call at any time, or stop by of course, for any questions or concerns I may have. This is truly a miracle product! After so many failed attempts with treatment for my feet, coming into the store was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I couldn’t be more thankful or grateful!

I have to say, we were skeptical at first, but, so far, this was the best decision we have made. From day one he had no more pain.
