From our greet when we arrive limited waiting time, to each staff, nurse etc saying hello and checking on us they have made us feel so comfortable for our procedures. Laquan has not only made me feel at home but made me feel like we are family. He goes above and beyond like small things such as a warm blanket, a snack or a drink when needed and of course a smile! I could not recommend Renal Focus highly enough for their hospitality, friendliness and professionalism.
