  Let me start by saying that my experience with Dr.K was great! This review is about the front desk team. I went there for the first time for an emergency root canal. And my initial experience was good. I needed to go back two weeks after to install the crown. The procedure cost 3k which I paid in cash as I don’t have dental insurance. Two days before my second appointment I received a call from front desk informing me that they needed to move my appointment because they had another patient’s appointment booked too close to mine. Which I agreed without any objections. One day later, they called AGAIN and asked to move it AGAIN! And then again I was accommodating. I showed up to my appointment and still was made to wait an additional 30 mins. Dr. K worked on me and was as amazing can be. At the end of my visit I asked to schedule an appointment for an exam and possibly look into getting some additional work done. We scheduled for the Thursday at 1pm which would have been 48 hours after. I never received the “day before” confirmation text nor phone call. On Thursday morning I needed to reschedule. So, I called the office. And I was literally given a lesson about same day cancellation fees and that I should’ve received a text about their cancelation policy (which I never did). But never the less; emergencies happen and I expect out of everyone my doctor’s office should be able to understand and give their patients some grace. How did you expect me (the patient/customer) to change my schedule and accommodate your double booking mishap?, (which I DID with no questions asked or lessons about how valuable my time is) but you couldn’t do the same for me. Coming from a customer service background I find it very disappointing. Doctor’s offices are businesses and having the wrong people running your practice and speaking on your behalf can seriously effect your bottom line. Do better

  Meadowbrook Dentistry was clean, the team was courteous and professional, and the hygienist and doctor were excellent.

  I love your staff and the office atmosphere , I feel that I have gotten service and I feel good about my teeth. Although yesterday after my appointment, I was surprised what it cost me for a cleaning. I know that there would be a fee, although. This was never discussed with me prior to my visit and I just thought that would’ve been better for me when I walked in if I knew what my payment would be this is the only issue that I’ve ever had with your office. Thank you.
