  I was in New York visiting family and had one hearing aid stop working. I went to see what could be done, of course without an appointment and Neil took care of it for me. He fixed it for me and wouldn’t accept any money. He was so kind and so is his receptionist. They are just lovely people. Thank you Neal. The world needs more people like you.

  I was given an in depth account of the hearing aid and explanation of cost and payment plans. I was impressed by Neal's explanations to my questions and surprised at the quality of word clarity instead of loud noise in my hearing when trying them. The cost is a drawback for a senior living alone on limited income. Do you offer a free daily trail without a penalty.?? I'd like to be sure they would work for me throughout a days activities before investing a lot of money. Thank you, Sue
