    I am very pleased with the hearing aids I received from AudioNova and the after service from Neal Senglaub. I was able to hear the birds I love again and able to hear all the things I never knew I was missing.

    I noticed that one of my hearing aids was not charging correctly. I asked Neal to send it to the manufacturer for warranty service. He gave me a “loaner” to cover the time it took to service my aid. Then, he reprogrammed the “fixed” one so everything worked smoothly. I appreciate knowing I can get such good service from my provider.
