And if you’re not sure how to start, they offer group classes included in the membership. The instructors create an energetic, motivating atmosphere that really makes you want to join in.

She is amazing, kind and accommodating in every way! I adore her! The gym is extremely clean and well kept. The equipment is all new and top of the line. The sauna and steam rooms are clean and fabulous. The Himalayan salt room is gorgeous and awesome if you have sinus issues. I took a 5:45am Tread and Burn class with George at it was absolutely incredible. Nehemah has the most incredible 5:45am class too! It’s like cross fit on steroids. I tried the cryo and hydro therapy tables yet, and they are amazing and clean too! This was a Huge upgrade from my last gym. The affordability of a gym of this caliber is mind blowing. It’s worth every single penny! 10000 out of 10 will always recommend this place!
