I’ve been to a lot of gyms, and Levels Fitness is hands down one of the best, if not the best, gym I’ve ever been to. The first thing you notice is how clean and spacious it is. Even during the busiest times, it never feels overcrowded, and I’m still able to get a great workout in without constantly waiting for equipment. I also really like how certain areas are exclusive based on your membership level. It keeps everything organized and gives the gym a more premium feel. A special shoutout to Phil, one of the managers. He’s always friendly, approachable, and willing to help. No matter what question you have, he either has the answer or goes out of his way to get it for you. Great guy who truly cares about the members. Overall, I can’t recommend Levels Fitness enough. The cleanliness, equipment, atmosphere, and staff are all top-notch. If you’re looking for a gym in the area, this is definitely the one I’d recommend.

So I just started this gym. I left La fitness because it’s either too full or funky. I love this gym so far. I wish that it had longer hours on the weekend especially for that price. I like the private rooms. I like my space and I have access to all the weights. I love the environment. It’s clean. I enjoy the sauna and the steam room. Everyone is friendly and respectful. I hope that they clean the weights more often. I wiped off a barbell and the wipes turned brown. Never seen that before. The people are not utilizing the wipes obviously. Overall it’s 5 stars for the variety of machines and barbells and quantity of dumbbells throughout the gym☺️☺️☺️☺️

I originally visited Level Fitness to take advantage of a promotional tour and decide whether I wanted to join. Instead of being allowed to explore the gym and make an informed decision, I was immediately ushered to the manager’s desk where Phil pressured me into signing up for a membership on the spot. As someone who knows I can be inconsistent with going to the gym, I specifically asked for a membership option that would allow me to cancel whenever I wanted. I was told that option existed, although it would cost more, so I agreed and paid the higher price for the flexibility I was promised. Unfortunately, my experience with the gym itself was disappointing. Equipment was frequently broken or out of service, and the facility was often dirty and poorly maintained. After deciding it wasn’t worth the money, I requested to cancel my membership. That’s when the real nightmare started. I requested cancellation and continued to be charged $69.99 month after month. Two months later, the charges were still coming out of my account. I went to the gym in person to resolve the issue and was told I had to wait for their mysterious “cancellation department,” which apparently consisted of one single person. After weeks of getting nowhere, repeated excuses, delays, and runarounds, it took me becoming far more forceful than I ever wanted to be for my membership to suddenly be canceled within a single day. Funny how quickly it happened once they realized I wasn’t going away. To make matters even worse, after disputing the charges through my bank and believing the issue was finally resolved, I discovered they had continued billing me under the name “Kinetic Fitness” instead of Level Fitness. Seeing charges appear under a different business name after I had already attempted to cancel and dispute the membership only added to the frustration and made the entire experience feel even more deceptive and dishonest. At this point, I am continuing to work with my bank regarding these charges because my attempts to resolve the issue directly with the gym led nowhere. I should have stayed with Planet Fitness. This experience taught me that expensive doesn’t automatically mean better. Save yourself the frustration, save yourself the hassle, and most importantly, save yourself the headache.

the other day I go to visit this gym due to the fact my membership expired at the gym I was going too so I figured this is my time to check out other gyms in my area as I explained to to the girl since she asked if I was coming from 24 hr fitness, I walk inside and ask if I can try out the gym the girl who was working that day said sure it will be $30 for the day I paid no problem, after my workout I asked her if I can try out another day because one day is not enough to be able to tell if the gym is a good fit for me OF COURSE that's when she wants to tell me about a FREE 3 day pass so instead of asking her why didn't she just tell me that from the beginning I ate it and told her ill fill it out online. so about 3/4 days pass I have this guy name Phil texting me every day asking me when im coming in etc. today I finally answered and told him ill be there today, he asks me if im stopping by to set up my membership I told him no, im coming in for my 3 day pass he tells me sorry I don't qualify for a 3 day pass because I already paid $30 for the day. MIND YOU the girl who was working the day I went to the gym told me to fill out the 3 day pass online and when I come in just to let whoever is working know what happened... so the fact that they offer 3 day pass but didn't even bother to tell me about it and made me pay $30 for the day is VERY SHADY like why not just say 'hey we have a 3 day pass online fill it out' so thank god all of this happened before I joined because who knows what other shady stuff would have happened. & for PHIL YOUR A JERKOFF LEARN HOW TO BE PROFESSIONAL...
