- JTJalene ToroJun 1, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office and ultimately decided to leave without being seen. I waited for almost an hour and a half, and during that entire time there was only one other person in the waiting room. What made the situation worse was that the staff had completely forgotten about that patient—she had actually been there longer than I had. After about an hour, they finally asked her if she had an appointment and if she had checked in, and she confirmed that she had. I then overheard staff in the back admit that they had forgotten to call her in, and they quickly rushed to bring her back. Meanwhile, I was still left waiting with no communication at all. Not once did anyone come out to explain the delay or apologize. Basic courtesy and communication go a long way, and there was none. On top of that, while waiting, I could clearly hear staff in the back gossiping and speaking negatively about patients—both people calling on the phone and patients who had already been seen or were currently there. This was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to listen to. Between the excessive wait time, lack of organization, zero communication, and unprofessional behavior, I chose to leave. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Let the old man get mad when you decline his service. Plus he doesn’t even clean the teeth well AT ALL!!!. Don’t come here at all save your time and money.
