- EDEllen DeVitaMay 11, 20261.0After being a patient of this practice for over 35 yrs I made an appointment for a cleaning with no mention of any of treatment. Upon arrival for the cleaning was told it would cost 575.00 ( (including X-rays.) .I did not want X-rays, just a cleaning .Staff was rude , the entire process infuriating. Never going back , practice has completely changed and not for the better

They’ve left such a lasting impression, I continue to only see Dr. Gaynes and Corinne, even since moving off island years ago!

As a client who is sensitive to dental work, I’ve felt very comfortable at this dental office. Shoutout to all of the assistances and front desk receptionist for also having a very positive and welcoming demeanor.

My hygienist that I worked with Skanit was so gentle and extremely accommodating constantly making sure that I was okay throughout my experience. Doctor David was amazing, listening to all my concerns and addressed every issue and concern that I had. Lastly, Rosealb was the patient coordinator who checked me out and was very helpful as well. Thank you all for this experience, I will be back soon and recommending my family as well!

Going there doesn't feel like going to the dentist.. but rather more like meeting up for lunch with good friends you haven't seen in a while. Everyone there that I have met so far have been very welcoming, caring, and made me feel very comfortable... Never had a bad experience when I go to BDC-Patchogue and i always instantly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental practice. Thank you 😊
