  Phenomenal experience I made an emergency appointment for toothache Dr. diamond Amber and Danielle immediately helped and addressed all the issues in my mouth on the spot. Quality service definitely a very good professionally run dental practice. Very friendly staff.

  My initial appointment was fantastic I explained to the dentist that I had gum issues but did not want a deep cleaning since I could not afford it. After the initial visit I was given a dental plan that was reasonable and was given an appointment for a cleaning I went for my appointment for a cleaning and you know they did the exam for scaling then after they were done they told me they wouldn't even bother cleaning my teeth because I refuse to have the deep cleaning I cannot afford it so they wouldn't even clean my teeth and now I have to go someplace . And I don't understand cuz I explain this issue the first time I went there they wasted my time and I left extremely upset because I have three broken teeth that need to be fixed and I can't go to the dentist again for another 6 months because no dentist is going to treat me without doing a full set of X-rays and exam all over again and my insurance is not going to pay for that so I have to wait 6 months with three broken teeth because I refuse to have a treatment that I can't afford.

  I had a really good experience visiting Babylon Dental Care, everyone from my hygienist Scarlett who took the time to calm me down because of my anxiety and fear of dentists, to Dr. David and Dani who assisted me during my last visit making my experience to be relaxing and pleasant. Everyone was so helpful, kind and caring that I have been mentioning it to my family and friends.

  My experience a@Babylon Dental Care in Patchogue, New York, was one of the very best I’ve ever had! My past experiences w/dentists have not been good. So I’m a little apprehensive in going to the dentist. The 1st person I met was Maggie the coordinator. She was kind, courteous, friendly, professional & patient. She took the time to explain everything to me. And she treated me like a valued customer, but more importantly, like a person and not a number. The hygienist name Scarlet was absolutely 100% amazing! She was so nice & very caring! During my visit, Scarlet showed her concern for my well-being! She kept asking me if I was ok & if I needed a break. When she was almost finished cleaning my teeth. She actually floss my teeth! This has never happened to me before, ever! I was so impressed! Now Dr. David was a sweetheart! He talked to me in layman’s terms, where I can understand. He made it a point to say, that he doesn’t rush through his work, but likes to take his time, to get good results. The fact that he pointed this out, made me feel better about coming to the dentist. His demeanor made me feel @ease, which is very important to me. Considering that my experiences w/past dentists haven’t been good. And for the record, everyone there smiles @you. Like they’re glad to see you. The environment was very welcoming & comfortable. My visit ended w/a little gift bag of teeth maintenance products, and get this, a Starbucks gift card for a free coffee. Wow! The entirety of this experience has changed the way I look @dentists! Thank you, Babylon Dental Care for restoring my faith in dentists! Lol I’m glad that I decided to go there to get work on my teeth, & I hope everyone has the same experiences as I did.

  I’ve always dreaded the dentist after a painful experience, but I decided to give a new office a try — so glad I did. The whole staff was great. I went in knowing I’d need my last two wisdom teeth pulled, but delayed it to so i can get a deep cleaning instead. Melody did my cleaning and made the whole thing painless. She kept checking in, made me feel comfortable, and was genuinely kind. I can’t speak for every team member, but if Melody treats everyone like she treats her patients, this practice is in good hands. I’ve found my new dentist — thank you, Melody and Babylon Dental Care of Patchogue. I am not sure I want to wait three months for my next visit. 10 stars!
