  I recently brought my mom who has been having trouble with her hearing aids. Donna knew exactly where to start, made all the right adjustments, and did all the right testing with the patience and kindness that totally won my mom over. Donna is great!!! My mom was anxious to make her next appointment with her!!

  Was debating walking away and getting some new hearing aids elsewhere. Walked in and was introduced to Donna. Renewed my faith in AudioNova and left with new Phonac hearing aids that are much better than the others I had. Definitely staying on as a customer now.

  Like a knight in shining armor, Donna Maier arrived at the AudioNova office in Oneonta! From the moment I met her, I knew I was in the hands of someone who was not only an expert, but also kind, gentle, and incredibly patient. She has completely transformed my hearing experience. I can now hear conversations in groups, understand people in crowded spaces, and even hear crickets again! So many sounds I had lost over the years have returned, making every situation more enjoyable. Don’t walk—run to see Donna. She has truly changed my life, and I couldn’t be more grateful!

  Very nice office much larger than the old office in Albany. Much easier for us to get to since we live in Cobleskill. Donna is very friendly and knowledgeable.
