- CDChris Dazzo2 days ago1.0Honestly, the nursing staff during my wife's surgery was incredible. Really amazing and couldn't do enough to help us. But I'm in the midst of a year long billing dispute. I sincerely want to pay. I just need to find someone who can answer how the anesthesia line item on 1 bill is different from the other anesthesia bill I received. That's it. I need that without having to hunt down a fax machine in 2026 to send them 25+ pages of bills and EOB's they already have, without calling a dozen times and sitting on hold, etc. I am not asking them to reduce the bill at all. I can pay the full boat as long as I know it's correct. What I am asking for is incredibly small for a $2,600 bill. It seems like they are intent on sending this to collections and recovering a small fraction of what they are owed rather than answer a simple question. Honestly it works out better for me that way since it will cost me less, but I prefer to pay what I owe....I just refuse to pay more than I owe.

All other lines I've called lead to a voicemail box, most are full and wont take messages. Does anyone work here on a Monday? Do you want my money or not?

- SLSonia LabarAug 15, 20261.0Worse experience this should not be considered an emergency room. They don’t treat anything as an emergency, I was there last night for 7 hours just waiting for help. I took my 77 year old mother due to pain in her back, she have history of broken L1 and L3 her pain was massive and for 7 hours we received no medical attention… we were brought back and into a room where we waited for another hour and half with no assistance. No one ever came. We were all tired, hungry and angry… I took my mom back home to give her Advil for her pain. I will definitely fallow up with the insurance to see how they are going to charge for this… Waiting room waiting time was 6 hours, 6 hours without any assistance in a emergency room..
