  It is a pleasure to share what a seamless experience it always is to work with Roy at Miracle - Ear, Oceanside. Roy is a consummate professional who takes his time with my 91 year old mom and has the patience of a saint . He trouble shoots whatever may be her problem of the day and we always leave feeling heard and hearing. We appreciate his kindness , expertise and ability to make our lives richer .

  This is my wife's review for Miracle Ear.After going for a hearing exam at my ENT's office I was still uncomfortable with my hearing challenges.i went to miracle ear for a second evaluation.Not only was Roy Matinez through and honest I got a clear explanation about hearing loss.i do not actually need hearing aids at this time but he will be my first stop when I am ready .

  I went to Miracle- Ear Aid Center in Oceanside NY for a hearing evaluation and corrective aids if necessary. I was helped by a superstar, knowledgeable and personable salesman, Roy Martinez. He conducted a thorough evaluation which led to an analysis of my hearing needs and how to correct them. He did this with an ongoing discussion so I could understand the importance and life changing significance of getting the proper fitting hearing aid to correct my specific hearing deficiencies. After completing this process, I felt comfortable to proceed with the recommendations provided by Roy. I’m confident that the end results will be excellent and highly recommend him. Joel BenowitzMD
