  It is a pleasure to share what a seamless experience it always is to work with Roy at Miracle - Ear, Oceanside. Roy is a consummate professional who takes his time with my 91 year old mom and has the patience of a saint . He trouble shoots whatever may be her problem of the day and we always leave feeling heard and hearing. We appreciate his kindness , expertise and ability to make our lives richer .

  This is my wife's review for Miracle Ear.After going for a hearing exam at my ENT's office I was still uncomfortable with my hearing challenges.i went to miracle ear for a second evaluation.Not only was Roy Matinez through and honest I got a clear explanation about hearing loss.i do not actually need hearing aids at this time but he will be my first stop when I am ready .

  Went there from a direct mail promo. I expected to be upsold but was shocked by their prices. Were talking $8K+, and only the minimum required trial period or 45 days. I later researched on consumer reports that the median price paid of RX hearing aides by subscribers was $2,592. They also rated Miracle Ear worst for value. I ultimately went OTC Jabra/Enhance for $1500 and 100 day trial. So far I can't tell the difference in sound quality, but my bank account is a lot happier.
