Dr. Bienstock and his office go to great lengths to find an appointment time that works best for you. Then, from the moment you walk into the office, each and every member of Dr. Bienstock's team are as warm and professional as can be, which is especially vital in a dentistry setting. Dr. Bienstock himself is exceedingly friendly, empathetic, and will tirelessly go to every end necessary with acute attention to detail to ensure that he addresses every issue with maximum efficiency (and zero shortcuts). It is readily apparent when a medical professional genuinely cares for their patients and their wellbeing as a whole, and Dr. Bienstock is the quintessential example of such. Dr. Bienstock and his entire staff truly set the standard for professionalism, diligence, and overall excellence. I cannot recommend this office nearly enough.

What does a First-Time visit look like?

To expedite the check-in process, you may complete the necessary forms available on our Patient Resources page prior to your visit. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed at reception and guided through any remaining procedures. Our team maintains a calm, welcoming environment and is ready to address any questions you may have. Your appointment will begin with digital x-rays and photographs, followed by a comprehensive examination with our dentist. We will assess your teeth, gums, and overall oral health, and discuss any concerns or objectives you may have. If a deep cleaning is not required, a standard cleaning and polishing will be performed during the same visit. Before concluding your appointment, we will review any necessary next steps and provide a clear treatment plan with estimated costs. Most initial visits last approximately one hour, and complimentary parking is available directly outside our Oceanside office.
