My daughter had a horrible ear infection and was in so much pain. This group of amazing professionals took care of her and as a mom I owe them a lot for making this experience quick and easy. They are excellent with young children.

Deborah the receptionist, Sarah Z medical provider, and Sarah H medical provider, were all incredible humans. I came in with a wound. There was no rush for paperwork or payment. Deborah gave me extra supplies and allowed me to gather myself. She helped me complete all paperwork and payments. Both Saras are amazing providers and helped me make an informed decision as well. These three are rock stars and deserve the world. Just humans helping other humans. That is what this world needs and that is what they provided.

Phony curt politeness by staff
Asked to be seated in room and not wait in waiting room with ill patients and was denied
Finally after almost begging placed in room
( lots of rooms available ) My begging had no empathy and I was told I was rude
Appears to be staffed by PAs with no MD on premises.
Terrible patient experience

I had an appt at a different doctors office but was referred here instead to avoid double co-pays because I had other symptoms that couldnt be addressed at the other office and was told this location had the equipment. I had to greet the staff before they greeted me after walking in because their heads were down. I filled out the forms and put down the reasons for why I was there. They charged me 100 copay for the nurse? to talk to me in a degrading way and ask me why I came here because the test they would give me is the same kind I already took at home. Then I was seen by another practitioner just for him to tell me I had to go to the ER because they dont do what I needed done there and he didnt feel comfortable. Extremely frustrated they didnt just refer me to the ER before taking my copay. Paid 100 dollars for a peice of paper that says to go to the ER. They simply could of told me that at check in.
