- APAlina PreciadoSep 30, 20261.0I went to Pro Motion in a lot of discomfort with my body. My first visit was so rushed a barely could get my words in on what ailments I had since my surgery. It was less than 5 minutes. My first session was not done with the care I expected as the person was handling so many people. My second session I was without any guidance for most of my session, the person did not even know what I needed. At one point I was left alone on the table for so long that I felt really uncomfortable...I even watched a woman come in with no acknowledgement and she sat alone for so long it was disturbing. On that day, I was so bothered to hear the head person talk about how little money he makes and thought, I am really just a number to him. I left the second session in more discomfort as I think the stretches by the second person may have not been good for my body and my back was worse. After that second visit, I decided never go back. The people there are really really nice but I did not get the care I needed. When I called their competitor I was told I had to wait about a month for an appt as they like to spend dedicated time and one on one in the beginning especially to get the course of treatment on track and right. That is what I am looking for so I would not recommend pro motion.

I was then switched to a different provider without ever being told in advance. When I raised concerns about this, I was dismissed and told I was “the only one who ever brought this up,” which felt invalidating and dismissive rather than addressing the issue. The whole experience felt disorganized and unprofessional, so I chose to leave without being seen because my time wasn’t being respected. Do better.
