- ADAlana DavilaAug 6, 20262.0I loved them up until this point idk if they got new staff but whoever I spoke with as of 8/5/2026 via their text messaging system told me the system was down and they would contact me when it was back up. I heard nothing back. I contacted them the following day 8/6/27 at around 6:30-6:40pm because im a full-time mom, worker, and student. I really needed that specific date and a late time for several other reasons. I asked if it was confirmed all they said was “No.” with nothing after. I called and the person who answered was neither apologetic or empathetic for the mess up. Instead she made excuses and then I had to make an appointment for two weeks out because of course the spot I had requested YESTERDAY was taken lol. This honestly sucked all around and she took ZERO accountability as a worker so whoever was on that shift needs more Customer Service training asap. Currently trying to find elsewhere to go because that was not a positive interaction all around and I really dont want to come here anymore but its likely my only option because of the proximity to me and my schedule. Needs better training or new Reps answering the phone please and thank you.

Cheryl helped me find the perfect frames that complimented me. The prices were really reasonable. The young lady who helped me with the eye test Was very informative and she made it fun and was very knowledgeable.Dr. Groo did a very thorough exam she goes above and beyond she makes me feel comfortable , explains everything so you can truly understand. I truly would recommend this place because it truly is a great place. Thank you Hudson Valley Eye Doctor.. for the awesome experience.
