  Went to Joey's class, my first soul cycle experience - he came up to us beforehand and chatted. Very pleasant environment, friendly and helpful.

  You'll be dripping with sweat if you do this class properly! Great workout that mixes up cycling with a bit of dance and lot of cardio. Coordination is needed, but I still got though it with a distinct lack of it!
