I want to start off by saying this place left a very disappointing impression. Second, the front desk staff was unhelpful, and it seems to be a recurring issue across locations. This was my first time experiencing SoulCycle, and although I had read some negative reviews beforehand, I assumed they might be outdated or exaggerated. Unfortunately, after trying it myself, I can understand where those concerns came from.
The instructor for the class, Addie, had an energetic presence during the workout. However, I found her demeanor to feel somewhat impersonal and unwelcoming. As a first-time rider, I expected at least a brief introduction or some guidance, but that didn’t happen. After class, there was also no acknowledgment or follow-up. No one assisted me with setting up my bike, and the class itself felt disorganized at times. The bathrooms were not as clean as expected, the studio felt worn, and several bikes appeared to be in poor condition.
I didn’t expect to be writing a review like this, but my overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I would encourage others to explore different cycling studios that may offer a more welcoming and supportive environment.
Another unusual aspect was the candle-blowing ritual at the end of class, which felt out of place and unnecessary.
What makes this more frustrating is that the company promotes inclusivity and community, yet my experience did not reflect those values.
I hope the studio takes steps to address these concerns and improve the overall experience for future clients.

I had a horrible interaction with one of the staff members here. She worked at the front desk and I believe was Asian. She was unbelievably rude to me and lacked basic customer service skills.
She was seemingly upset because she got her finger stuck in my bike (her own doing) and after I apologized she glared at me and stormed out. After the class, when I went to return my shoes she glared at me again, and whispered something to one of her co workers. So unbelievable considering I’m a paying customer, not sure how someone like this even got hired to work in customer service. Just mean and unpleasant.

Arantza and her Latino Sessions are absolutely THE BEST. Her energy, professionalism, and the atmosphere she creates in class are incredible.
It’s just such a shame that I won’t be coming back because of how I was treated at the front desk. I arrived 7 minutes late and was not allowed to enter. I completely understand that studios have policies, but the way it was handled felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. The reasons she gave me were vague and it felt like she just didnt want to let me in.
As a result, I lost 18 credits on ClassPass, which is disappointing, but even more disappointing was the lack of basic courtesy.
Arantza deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the front desk experience overshadowed what would otherwise be an amazing studio.
