Rare are the places, people, and pros that one can truly call exceptional. Dr. Shaun Massiah’s practice is one such place. Absolute professionalism, knowledge, and care. Beginning w/ my first call w/ Sincere, Smiles’ office manager, she made me feel heard and respected. Dr. Massiah’s office is not only beautiful aesthetically, but the level of organization is unparalleled. Vidia, the executive in charge of greeting new customers gave me a full tour explaining their philosophy, their sterilization process, and how my visit was going to unfold. Kind, generous, and dedicated is how I would describe every person I met today. Aisha, Dr Massiah’s dental assistant for my crown procedure, went beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. As Dr Massiah himself, Aisha was highly trained, fully present and attentive to me during the procedure. Dr Massiah’s presence is uncharacteristically human, open, and loving. The single best dental visit of my life, with no exaggeration. Give them a call today. After practicing and running my own practice for twenty years in NYC, I can honestly say that I’ve never been treated better in any healthcare environment. Great experience! Dr. Messiah and his entire team are phenomenal. Everyone is incredibly welcoming, and the level of care, consistency, and thoroughness really sets this practice apart. I especially appreciate the balanced approach to treatments, they never force unnecessary services. I highly recommend them. Also, recommend checking out the new location! It’s beautiful and it doesn’t feel like you are at the dentist!

Dr. Massiah and his team at Smiles on the Upper West Side are the best dentist practice that I’ve ever visited. The staff is amazing, from Blandine, the office manager, to the hygienist, Tammy, to the assistants like Whitney. They all have the best level of care and service. Their tremendous knowledge which makes you feel good about going to the dentist, which wasn’t always the case for me. I feel good about going to every visit.

Love working with Dr. Massiah and getting my teeth cleaned by Tammy, the hygienist. They are both wonderful and always make every visit such a great experience. Blondine, the office manager, takes amazing care of me and all of the patients and always makes you feel welcome. The office is beautiful, incredibly well kept, and has such a warm atmosphere. I recommend them to any and everyone. You have to experience the magic they do for yourself!
