  Dr. Johnston and team are remarkable! Amazing experience from start to finish! The office is warm and inviting. The receptionist is so kind. I was scared to do my deep cleaning because my teeth are incredibly sensitive. They reassured me and the doctor was very gentle. I also got Invisalign done here. They answered any questions I had promptly and without hesitation. Dr Johnston knows her stuff! They are flexible with appointments, and I’m always seen right on time! Best Dentist in NYC! Highly recommended!

  Great experience! The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. Dr. Johnston was thorough, explained everything clearly, I did not fell rushing at all and the office was clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

  I had an excellent experience with Dr. Elena Johnston and her entire staff. Dr. Johnston is very professional, caring, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident during my visit. A special thanks to José, the assistant, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the appointment. I also really appreciated the clarity and efficiency of the front desk staff when checking and explaining my insurance plans. The whole process was smooth, organized, and stress-free. Everyone in the office was welcoming and professional. Highly recommend Dr. Johnston and her amazing team!

  I made an appointment for a cleaning, x-rays & exam. The receptionist asked for my new insurance info. After x-rays & the exam, she told me I owed retail prices for all the services because my insurance doesn't include Shine as either in or out of network. I requested my new x-rays (that I paid for) so I could go to another dentist for follow-up work. The receptionist refuses to give me my own records she says due to a very old $65 bill from years ago. It is illegal in NY state and under federal HIPPA laws to deny any patient access to their own records for any reason.
