  I would be very careful with this studio. I signed up for a year long membership and after the year I informed them I do not wish to continue as I was moving and therefore will not renew. Though the contract is only a year long, they give themselves permission to continue charging you past the year. This is where informing them comes into play, which I made sure I did so they would not continue. Unbeknownst to me, they continued charging my card for 2 years after the fact, even though they were aware and could confirm I did not attend for the last two years and I only realized when I changed cards and the billing department kept calling to inform my payment is overdue. I have called the studio on 3 occasions and asked to speak to a manager for amicable reimbursement as they can see I have not attended in years. No response from anyone. I have never had such an unpleasant experience with a pure barre studio before.

  Pure Barre Upper West Side is hands down the best workout in the neighborhood. The team is absolutely amazing,every instructor is consistent, strong, kind, and incredibly patient. You can feel that they truly care about your form, your growth, and your experience every single class. The energy in the studio is motivating and welcoming. Whether you’re new or a regular, you feel supported and pushed in the best way. It’s challenging, empowering, and somehow still uplifting all at once. It’s always amazing to be here and work out with this crew. So grateful to have this community on the Upper West Side. 💛

  I love the Pure Barre UWS location! Every age group, ethnicity, body type and modification exists there -with no judgements. It's such an uplifting community. Diverse playlists, supportive instructors...not to mention, it works!!! My type of "Daily Vitamin"!

  Great staff, great place. First time trying any kind of barre class and I loved it so much! Thank you to the staff for being so helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend

  Pure Barre is a great workout and I always meet the nicest people there! The Upper West Side has a great relaxed atmosphere and very friendly instructors.
