    PureBarre on 2nd Ave is my HAPPY place! For the past four years, it has been the spot that makes me feel physically and mentally strong, allowing me to be the BEST version of myself as I tackle daily challenges. It reminds me to be present while the world just wants us to go, go, go! And the people — the people are AMAZING. Ryan is funny and so, so kind. Ella is so sweet and an amazing instructor. Tegan is incredibly knowledgeable, and Ann is a pure force of positivity and full of light. Kevin is a beast, so strong and full of energy. Caroline—you need to meet her and take her class; it will explain everything. Last but not least, Arailym, my dear friend, is a force to be reckoned with. Taking her class is a gift that I give to myself! Collectively, they gave me a sense of community and belonging, and so much strength; they are a major reason I successfully completed my BA and MA degrees in statistics and applied mathematics. I love them all, seriously! Please give them a raise!

    I cannot say enough great things about Pure Barre and especially Ryan, who manages the studio. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, supported, and motivated. Ryan does an outstanding job creating a positive, professional, and encouraging environment where everyone feels comfortable, regardless of their fitness level. The instructors are knowledgeable, energetic, and genuinely invested in helping members achieve their goals. The studio is always clean, organized, and well-run, which reflects Ryan's dedication and attention to detail. If you're looking for a workout that challenges you while being fun and empowering, I highly recommend Pure Barre. Thank you, Ryan and the entire team, for making every class something to look forward to!

    I absolutely love Pure Barre!! It is an incredible full-body workout that makes you so strong and flexible without being hard on your joints. Not only is the workout amazing, the PB community is wonderful! The studio staff are warm and welcoming and the instructors are so talented and clearly explain/model everything. They motivate you and help you modify any moves if needed. The workouts are set to great playlists with upbeat music. The studios are beautiful and bright. PB is truly a special place and I couldn’t recommend it more!!! ❤️

    I have been attending classes at the Upper Eastside 2nd Ave. Pure Barre for over two years. I usually take the Define classes. Firstly the studio is spotless and well-lit. Everyone, whether it be the instructor or the person at the front desk is always warm and welcoming. The routines change every three weeks and they’re always challenging. The instructors are all True Professionals! Pure Barre has definitely kept me in good shape and feeling healthier. I leave each class with a sense of well-being. I recommend this to all my friends.

    So Love Pure Barre! I started doing it to strengthen my ankle after I broke it! I have fun, I am challenged and I have met and made deep friendships with some of the ladies! I have never been stronger and healthier in my life!!!! This is not for the young only - this is amazing exercise for all ages especially older women! The different classes not only help build muscle but improve strength, stamina and flexibility and balance with low impact exercise. There are many different formats, and the class routines change frequently challenging you and preventing boredom! In addition there are so many classes and studios that you can go to! A bad day at work is easily forgotten and the satisfaction and feeling after class is akin to a Runner’s High! All the instructors are wonderful and take the time to correct your form to maximize the benefits of the class .
