I scheduled an appointment for today and when I got there, they said they do not take my insurance. I provided my insurance information when scheduling an appointment. The receptionist told me the scheduling coordinator tried to contact me yesterday to let me know they don’t take my insurance but that is a lie - I showed her my text messages and call history… the only contact I got was a text message to confirm my appointment and fill out forms, which I did. I wasted 1.5hr getting to and from the location. This is extremely unprofessional and I’m very disappointed with the experience. Also the office was DIRTY. Response to owner: I scheduled an appt with you in April 2026, which was confirmed and I went in-person. I had numerous text, email, and in-person communication with this practice. Please do not lie.
