  George the manager and a female staff were very helpful and patient helping me decide which sunglasses I should purchase. They were too kind - the shape of my face makes it tough to purchase the right glasses. I'm not into flamboyant frames. I want something that will last throughout many seasons. I was in the store for almost an hour and both attendants were patient. I'm glad I voiced kindly my presence so they don't feel that I'm a threat. They have many other styles of sunglasses and they also offer prescription sunglasses - just bring the prescription from your optometrist and they will take care of it. Keep in mind these services and the sunglasses are very expensive - but worth it.

  Had a great experience with George and Lucas. Thank you for providing premium and personal service. Lucas went above and beyond to help with what I needed. This is the best Oliver Peoples store in NYC!

  I ventured into this store after I had acquired a pair of glasses somewhere else I just wasn’t happy with. I remembered I had a pair of Oliver Peoples a few years prior that I had loved so I visited to see if there were any styles I liked. Thanks to Lili’s help, I found a pair of frames I loved and she helped me access my new insurance to make use of my benefits. George was super helpful to make sure the lenses were correct for my progressives. When I picked them up, Bridget did a great job adjusting them, so I had the perfect fit. She even helped adjust my old pair for me as a courtesy. I absolutely love my new glasses and cannot rave enough about this place being so helpful. Highly recommend this place for finding your “perfect for you” glasses. They also have sunglasses that looked super stylish, so maybe I’ll be back for another pair.
