She was able to adjust my current glasses that I have been having trouble with. Almost a year later, I scratched my Sunglasses really bad. Vannessa had a shipping label sent over. I sent them back to New York. Within two weeks, I had my glasses back here in Texas with a new set of lenses. I would highly recommend this location. I plan to buy another set of regular glasses in the near future from Vanessa
