I explained to her how important it was for me to deal with individuals that understood my mouth and the evolution of its aging and its need for excellence…. To add, I’ve read many reviews that I’ve taken into consideration over the years about Dr. Rastegar‘s practice and how he may be expensive…and to those individuals my replies is: You get what you pay for! Dr. Rastegar and Sally have provided me with a smile that to this day, people think is actually real when in fact, my 4 front teeth are not. Can you imagine that I’m like a poster child. I’ll present pictures of my new work as soon as it’s done just prove how highly I recommend this office, especially for those that highly appreciate ART in the form of dentistry and not just mechanical repair. Most frustration came from the lack of competence of the support stuff, specifically not being open about out of network versus in- network coverage and the fact that I was asked to pay with my credit card right after the appointment, without an option to wait for EOB and without understanding whether or how much my insurance will pay.
