Manhattan Apothecary was built in 2017 and is located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Our office is only one block away from Penn Station and only seven blocks away from the infamous Times Square. Nestled in the Garment District, we are near many NYC landmarks including the Empire State Building, plus an array of restaurants and shopping options. Though we offer white glove delivery service, feel free to stop by our store front and check out the digs!

- NQNicki QuinnMay 4, 20263.0The pharmacy is small and clean and within walking distance to many hotels. However, they are a dermatology pharmacy only, which is not readily obvious on their website or in their store. I had an RX sent there post surgery as it was close to our hotel, now I hesitated writing a review because we did not end up having our RX filled here, but the encounter I thought was worth the review. I walked to the pharmacy, went in to pick up the script, and the lady at the register proceeded to look it up, but could not find anything filled. She then asked me if it was a dermatology RX, I explained it was not, and she just kind of stared at me. She then told me "well this is a dermatology pharmacy only" in a your an idiot kind of way. Needless to say I was surprised, and responded, "oh really? I did not realize that, nothing here or online says that upfront" Her response, "Yeah I know, but we are", not rude but matter of fact/cold. So, I then asked if the pharmacy rejected the RX since they could not fill it and she confirmed they did not, she looked again on the computer and said "Yep I see it here in the cannot fill". When I asked why they didn't reject it or mark unfillable (which would have saved me from going there) she said they don't do that, when you come in you find out and it's up to the customer to handle with the doctor or facility. So, maybe if you have a dermatology RX your experience will be better, I am sure it will. I have left a note on Google that it is a dermatology pharmacy only and that does seem to be showing now in know before you go. Wishing you all a good experience!
