Walked in on a Saturday, had my appointment the very next day, then 3 days later my glasses were ready to pick up and perfect. The whole team was incredibly helpful (Shoutout Candice especially for her assistance!), attentive, and informative. Would easily recommend to anyone!

In 2025, I had to find a new Optometrist because the one I was going to for years would not accept my new Eye insurance through my job.
I have been pleased with Dr. Mohammed Hamza. He is personable, friendly and gives a thorough exam (high tech office).
Infoma (sp) who assisted after my exam was also very pleasant and knowledgeable. I did not know that my new insurance gave me money off for a new pair of glasses, she informed me of this fact (good to know).
Although they could not accommodate my rimless frames the new pair she helped me choose was a close style & color to my preferred frame and the price was right.
I am pleased with this LensCrafters location and will continue with them. I went to one other before settling on the B'way location because this location was more welcoming and professional. I was greeted as I entered unlike the other location. Their service is prompt, efficient and pleasant.

This location is super convenient! The Dr.’s are thorough and helpful. The staff in-person is attentive and knowledgeable. Over the phone, however… begs for more kindness. They always sound like “ugh, here’s this phone again…” and they don’t seem to be aware that they are coming off standoff-ish and rude. Then you walk in and it’s a very different greater experience. (You could think is a commission opportunity)

I'm a victim of identity theft. Someone stole my credit card and made a purchase in this store using my stolen card and ran a charge over $1000
I called to speak to the manager voicing my concerns of why they let customers buy without checking their ID along with the credit card. He said let me help you out with that and HUNG UP the phone on me. I tried to call back numerous times just to be answered by someone else who puts me straight o HOLD.
Please BE AWARE of the level of honesty and integrity this business have..i will report them to the consumer affairs, BBB and the Federal trade commission for not following the law by checking for ID when runing a big transaction using a stolen card.
Very disappointed but I will get it to the highest level and cc the mayor's office with this

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters Optique
How do I know if my child needs glasses?
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
