She was very patient and explained everything in detail so I that I understood why every procedure was done before she did it. Raven was wonderful to help with the pricing of my new frames and glasses. Special "shout out" to Raven for picking out awesome frames for me - great taste!!! Lastly, thank you Dr. Serobian - you took your time and made me feel like I was your only patient that day. Dr. Serobian was very patient and took the time to provide each detail of every procedure so I could understand and thank you for listening when I explained that my mother and grandmother suffered from Glaucoma but showed me that I was not suffering from that. I commend the entire staff at this store, and I will continue coming here yearly for my annual physical of my eyes. Great Job!

The repair was more difficult than expected and required a specialty screw, but Andrew took the time to test different options until he found the perfect fit. He was extremely helpful, patient, and clearly cared about getting it right. On top of that, he cleaned the glasses before giving them back to me. Really excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Would absolutely come back to this location!
