  popped in here when my glasses broke because i didnt know where to start. the manager helped me immediately despite having a store full of people. courteous, kind, and best of all - quick!!!! i will go to this lenscrafters any time i need optical anything - tyler (the technician) made my glasses like new!

  I had a great experience at LensCrafters. The person who adjusted my glasses was very kind, professional, and helpful. He made sure everything fit perfectly and took his time to get it just right. Excellent service and very friendly attitude—really appreciate the help.

  Wonderful location and service! Tyler was incredibly helpful, courteous and professional. He fixed up my Ray-Ban in no time. You can trust LensCrafters whether you need a new pair of Rx lens, sunglasses or repairs/adjustments. They really take care of their customers!

  Please avoid this location!!! It is very sad for me to write this review. My family and I were loyal customers for close to 20 years, 3 people getting eye exams and 1-2 pairs of glasses each year!. The current store manager has zero customer service skills, is very rude, and should be let go. I had to return prescription sunglasses because I was mistakenly told the lenses would be gradient, but then they said they do not offer grey gradient. The pair was partially covered by insurance. The staff was not trained to process the refund correctly, I had to go 3 times and spend a few hours(!!!) explaining to them that regardles what insurance paid for the glasses, they need to refund the out-of-pocket expense. The manager was dismissive and seemed offended that I returned to request the money they owe me. Technically, it is a theft! At the end, the manager demanded that I also return another pair (progressives) that I got at the same time, so they can process a refund for the whole purchase. The other pair was over $1400, and I am wearing them! So, because she was unable to process the refund, she decided to take glasses that were fine, reducing LensCrafters ' business!! I literally had to fight her because she was ready to rip the pair off my face!!! I finally got the remaining refund back, and she said I am not welcome in the store anymore. Did anyone have a similar experience?
