  Stopped by with a broken pair of my favorite frames. I tried many places, but none were willing to find the relevant screws to help fix them. Decided to give it one last shot and stop by LensCrafters next to my work. Went up to the associate and she accepted without hesitation, fixed it in 5 minutes, and said it’s on the house :) Amazing service, will certainly be coming back here for my next eye exam and pair of frames! Thanks again!

  5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After visiting 3 different stores, I finally found the perfect sunglasses here! This was my first time getting prescription sunglasses, and I was a bit unsure about the process, but the staff made everything incredibly seamless and stress-free. Both the gentleman and the ladies who assisted me were exceptionally patient and attentive. They took their time to thoroughly explain all my options and helped me pick out the perfect pair. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything, which I deeply appreciated! The store itself has an amazing selection of styles, and the setup is beautiful, bright, and very comfortable to shop in. I'm so glad I found this place—I will definitely be coming back next time!

  I owe Gavi my life! I brought in 5 pairs of sunglasses that I’ve long loved, but didn’t stay on my face for the life of me (which is very important with such an active lifestyle). I have a very small face and my ears are different heights yet she took the time to adjust them perfectly to my wonky face. I’m looking forward to wearing my newly adjusted sunglasses without worrying about them falling off. Thank you so much Gavi for your skill and patience!

  Fantastic customer service at this location. Jeana was so kind and caring after I fell and broke my glasses. She accepted pictures of my broken glasses, found an old prescription, and got me a new pair of glasses delivered within an hour. She and LensCrafters really came through for me in a time of need and I appreciate their care and commitment. Thank you!

  12/10 experience today! A huge shoutout to Alfredo for helping me with my order. I initially came in just for an eye exam and contact lens exam so I could place an order online afterward. I told him exactly what I was looking for and shared the price I had been quoted on the Ray-Ban website. He was completely transparent about not being able to price match the online quote, but he went above and beyond to explore my options. To my surprise, the total for the Ray-Ban Meta 2 Large frames, prescription lenses, and transition lenses came out to the exact same price as the Ray-Ban website quote (excluding the cost of my exams). I was hype because it meant I didn’t have to worry about accidentally entering my prescription incorrectly online. I’d also like to thank the doctor for taking the time to listen to my concerns, recommending contact lenses that better fit my work style and daily computer use, and even suggesting specific eye drops after my exam had already concluded. I don’t usually write reviews, but the level of service and care I received today made this one impossible not to write. Thank you all for such a fantastic experience! Definitely making this my permanent eye doctor. The store was beautiful btw!
