- SCSantulan Club5 days ago1.0Terrible- purchased my glasses and prescription, did the most expensive lenses in the store. The lenses melted due high temperature, came to be replaced they refused because I purchased without warranty. My purchase was more than 1k total and I never experienced this kind of issue especially in an expensive lenses. Never will return, best to do at Walmart.

I bought glasses from this store before but today I walked in with my cd shades that was bought in Europe, which has a broken leg, and Spencer at the front desk helped me replace a screw instantaneously - within a few minutes and all CONPLEMENTARY! My husband didn't think it was possible. Thumbs up to Spencer for this exceptional help and would come back for more glasses soon. Highly recommended!

My most recent visit, even the gentle manager came over to make sure things are running smoothly. I really did appreciate that great hospitality and customer service.
