The staff member who checked me in and did the initial prep was gentle and attentive, and made me feel calm right away. Dr. Rodriguez was patient, gentle and very thorough, and made sure I felt completely at ease. She carefully checked and confirmed that my eye wasn’t injured, which was such a relief. I really appreciated how much attention she gave to aftercare as well. Even the checkout experience felt warm and considerate. This has been the most positive and comforting experience I’ve ever had. I’m truly grateful for how well I was treated today.
