I just received an email to reschedule my appointment.
From my last appointment, I had a very disappointing experience with one of your employees due to her rude and disrespectful behavior.
I arrived on time for my appointment. While one of the staff members was helping me verify my insurance information, another employee interrupted and insisted that I needed to reschedule because she believed I had arrived late. The staff member assisting me explained that I had arrived on time and that we were simply completing the insurance verification process.
Despite this, the other employee continued to argue with her in front of me and spoke to her with an unprofessional attitude. Witnessing this interaction made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected as a patient.
I am extremely disappointed that someone with such an attitude represents your office. I hope this matter is addressed so that other patients do not have a similar experience. I would never go back there.

Ray did a phenomenal job repairing my glasses, I visited in need of repair and he instantly showed professionalism and great care. I never leave reviews but seriously this gentleman is fantastic, you don’t get many professionals like this I can’t thank him enough.

Came in for prescription to be put on my glasses (took about 2 weeks) and after 3 days the lens had cracked after light use and no other damage anywhere on the frame at all. They had sent them back to be redone and was told to wait 1-2 weeks. I call after a week to see if they’re ready yet since being able to see is very time sensitive and they tell me to come back on this day of the week and when I arrive they seem dumbfounded to see me. I come back after a few days to be told they didn’t pass the final inspection and they need to be sent AGAIN (I was NOT notified before coming in, the associate told me she was going to call me the day before but didn’t). So I wait another 2 weeks for them to be redone. Now when I pick them up, they’re crooked and have been so loosened unlike the condition I brought my own frames in, Associate attempted to tighten them but 2 hours later they become loose again. Friendly team but this doesn’t seem right at all and was told this was a “courtesy” when none of this was a mistake on my end.

Don’t come here if you need a return for an online purchase apparently. I was dismissed and shut down pretty much immediately, even though I called another lenscrafter store and was told I could return them in any store nearby like their policy states. The one on 23rd which is like 15 minutes away was able to help me and get me what I needed. Whoever the woman was with dark long hair around 1pm today looked like she wanted me out of there the second I walked in and trust I understood after that short conversation with her. I got my refund, I am getting my replacement but just know this location can’t do that for you.

Extremely disappointing pickup experience.
I came in to pick up my prescription Ray-Ban Meta sunglasses lens, expecting this to be a quick and simple process which only takes 2 mins to install the lens. There were three or four employees working at the store, but apparently only one person was able to install the lenses. That employee was busy helping another customer, so I was left waiting for more than 30 minutes while the other employees were unable to assist.
This was during the evening rush after work, and I had to delay going home and getting dinner simply because the store did not have adequate staff coverage for a basic pickup. Installing the lenses ultimately took only 2 minutes, which made the long wait even more frustrating.
For a large optical retailer that charges premium prices for prescription lenses products, this level of service and staffing is unacceptable. I am a return customer so even more disappointing. Customers should not have to wait over half an hour for a simple pickup when multiple employees are present. The store seriously needs better training, cross-coverage, and respect for customers’ time.
I would not recommend this location based on this experience.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
