  I had a great experience at GNC thanks to Puja and Farabi. They both helped me find the right products for my goals and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. They were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the supplements. Their customer service honestly made the whole experience much better, and I really appreciated how welcoming and kind they were. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a GNC store.

  I have been a GNC member for many years now. I find their products to check all the boxes when it comes to my goals, health and overall well being. Saying that I have not always been as knowledgable of what vitamins, supplements, snacks, and drinks I can take to keep my energy and body running in good health and vitality. Puja is an A++ employee (overall person). For the better part of the last 6 years plus any store location she has worked at is the only GNC store I go to to shop. She has been so knowledgeable, helpful, professional, courteous and understanding of my aims. Not to mention extremely patient with her time to answer all of my many questions I have asked of what products and vitamins truly do what and how that benefits and helps me overall. It greatly puts my mind at ease and makes me feel that much more confident that I am making smart great decisions to achieve the best version of myself and health. You cannot ask for a better more professional intelligent and courteous employee. She is a major reason through her kindness and help that I only shop at GNC for all my health needs. Plus she has such a natural strong affinity for health, well being, and working out that it fuels my own inspiration to continue to do the same and do more in my own life.

  Had a wonderful experience while shopping in supplements for me.Store manager named puja helped me to find right solutions for me. she also recommended multivitamin with omega 3 while explaining the benefits of each products as well. Will be coming back whenever I need supplements for me and also recommend this location to my friends.

  I will never shop from this store. I placed an online order that got cancelled so I ordered my products from another store. Then I got an email that my order shipped after being told it was cancelled. When I reached out to cancel the order they told me the order could not be cancelled because it had already shipped. They told me there was nothing they could do and that I would have to go to the store to return the items. I finally went to the store to return the items today and was told I could not return the items without a manager present. I am not sure how they are still in business with this customer experience. How does a store not do returns when they are open? What a terrible experience. Never again. Highly recommend not shopping here.
