The intake experience with different machines and testing was very complete. Dr Ettinger took her time, so respectful and kind. I did not feel rushed as can so often be the case with eye exams. She really listened and had great advice on what type of lenses best suit my lifestyle. Vinette then helped me with frames, lenses, and insurance. Another lovely, kind, and patient person.
